Free Shipping

Enjoy Free Economy Shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.
Heavier shipments or faster delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

Processing Time

All items are made-to-order handmade molds.
Please allow 1–3 days for the molds to fully dry before shipping to ensure they arrive safe, strong, and ready to paint.

If you are ordering as a gift, we recommend placing your order ahead of time to allow for drying and shipping.

Shipping Schedule

We ship orders every Saturday. As a small-batch, handmade business, we want to be transparent about when your items will go out so you can plan accordingly.

Whenever possible, orders may be shipped earlier once fully dried and ready, ensuring you receive your items quickly while maintaining quality.

Shipping Methods

We ship through USPS and UPS, depending on the best option for your location.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

Estimated Delivery

  • Economy Shipping (Free on orders over $70): Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after shipment.

  • Standard / Expedited Shipping: Faster options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please send photos the day you receive it so we can replace it promptly.

  • If your package is lost in transit, contact us right away. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Returns & Refunds

  • No returns or exchanges for change of mind, as all molds are made-to-order handmade.

  • If your item arrives damaged or broken, we will replace it free of charge.

  • To qualify for a replacement, please send clear photos of the damaged item on the day you receive it.

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
