Processing Time

• All items are handmade and made to order.

• Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

• Processing time does not include shipping transit time. Transit time begins once your order has been shipped.

Shipping

• We currently ship within the United States only.

• Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best shipping option for your location.

• A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Estimated Delivery

• Economy Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.

Damaged or Lost Orders

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and its packaging.

• If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns & Refunds

• Because all items are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, we'll gladly provide a replacement at no additional cost.

• Refunds are issued only if a replacement cannot be provided.
